Street Smart Lottery

The total number of tickets offered in the Lottery is 10,000 ranging from 00001 to 10,000 inclusive.

Results will be declared by blind selection of included numbers, under supervision of an independent witness in accordance with Rule 6 (14) of the Gambling Act (Lottery) Game Rules 2004. 

Only persons 18 years of age or older are eligible to purchase tickets in this Lottery.

The winners accept that their details and photograph maybe used for publicity and/or promotional purposes.

Results will be published in the New Zealand Herald, on the Trusts websites and social media platforms and an email will also be sent to all ticket holders, notifying them of the winner.

The prize winners will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing. Delivery of the prize(s) will be made within New Zealand. Prize delivery outside of New Zealand to be coordinated between the winner(s) and Street Smart Charitable Trust. The Lottery is conducted by License issued under Section 37 of the Gambling Act 2003. License Number: LT090000806

Your name and contact details will be retained to keep you informed of future offers, promotional events or fundraising activities that may be of interest to you. In the event of a cancellation the results will be published on the Street Smart website, social media, in the local newspaper. All money will be refunded.

Funds raised through this promotion will be used for the delivery of world-class, best practice, cognitive, insight (learn by doing) based driver programmes, that aim to positively influence the lives of young kiwis and are designed to help young kiwis stay safe on the road.

Ticket sales open 20/10/2025 and close 21/12/2025 unless sold out prior. Early Bird entries close 11.59pm Sunday 16/11/2025 unless sold out prior. 

Multi-Buy Conditions: To qualify for entry into the Multi-Buy Draw, only multiple ticket purchases of two or more tickets purchased in any one transaction will qualify for entry into the multi-buy giveaway.

The Early-Bird prize draw will take place by blind selection at 1.00pm, Tuesday 18/11/2025 at Hampton Downs Motor Sport Park. The Main prize draw will also take place by blind selection at 1.00pm, Tuesday 23/12/2025 at Hampton Downs Motor Sport Park.

Winners will be notified by phone or email; all other ticket buyers will be notified of the results via EDM. Results will be published via Street-Smart social media channels, and on the Street-Smart website on the day of each prize draw.

The last date to claim prize/s is 23 March 2026.

Main Prize #2: 2025 Subaru WRX 2.4T tS Sedan, auto Tiptronic, c/w Sti body kit and components valued at $84,000 RRP.

Multi-Ticket Prize: 2025 Subaru WRX 2.4T GT tS Station Wagon, auto Tiptronic, c/w Sti body kit and components. Prize also includes a $10,000 New World/Pak 'n Save shopping voucher (the purchase of alcohol and nicotine products are not enabled), a $7,000 PB Tech electronics gift voucher, a $5,000 Mobil fuel voucher, a $5,000 Rebel Sports gift voucher, and 5x Street-Smart Driver Education Course enrolments.
